When a leak developed in the flat roof over our patio, I contacted 5 roofing companies in our area. Two were not taking any more jobs until 2023, one would not come to even give an estimate for 3 weeks, and one was so rude I hung up.
Then I discovered Red Arrow Roofing and Scot Pulliam. Scott was easy to talk to and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on-time and continued to be very easy to talk to and got right to the point, evidently knew what he was talking about and showed me what the problems were. I asked him to bid both a patch and a full roof replacement. The next day I had both via email. Both estimates were reasonable and very detailed.
After choosing the patch option, he worked me into his schedule in a slot he had open for a relatively small job just a few days later.
Both he and one of his crews showed up, again on time, and completed the job in about 3 1/2 hours. Scott provided pictures of the job as it was in progress and stayed with the crew until the last 20-30 minutes and then left to check on another job in progress. He came back after the crew had left and inspected the work to be sure all the work was done to the satisfaction of both he and I. The roof received a VERY heavy rain about 7 hours later (along with several more during the following 3 week) sand so far the problem has been solved. I am NOT expecting to revise this review and the products used were first rate and the crew very knowledgeable.
I have worked with several contractors in the past on a variety of projects, including a couple of new builds and have never found one so easy to work with. I was impressed by his candor and knowledge and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future, especially when we do a full replacement on our roof in the near future. 5 stars all the way!!

Scott at Red Arrow was fabulous. Came out and inspected the roof, found the issue and provided a quick solution. The communication was the best part. Took and shared pictures of the entire process while I was out of town. Nice to know I have a go-to roof company in town going forward. Highly recommended

We can't say enough good things about Scott and Red Arrow Roofing. We've never had needed a roof repair before, so we were nervous going in to it, but Scott is incredibily knowledgeable which instantly put us at ease. We had other quotes, but Red Arrow was the most reasonable and we felt the most comfortable with them! They were quick to come and look at our leak, and get us on their schedule. On repair day, they were on time and kept us informed throughout the process with pictures. Not only did they repair the leak, but any other areas on our roof that needed to be addressed. 10000% recommend and we would call them out again!

Contacted Scott, with Red Arrow Roofing, after neighbor told me my roof tiles were damaged. I had called several other roofing companies and was told it would be September (this was in early July). Scott said he would be out in 2 days. When he arrived to inspect the roof he fixed the tiles that had been moved by the wind and found other damage to some tiles. The roof was 17 years old and had never been serviced before. Scott told me what needed to be repaired and his crew started a couple days later. The job was finished in two days and I could not be happier with the quality and speed of the workers. I would recommend Red Arrow Roofing to anyone looking for work to be done on their roof.

We chose to support a quality professional locally owned roofing service-- Red Arrow Roofing did not disappoint. It was time for the flat roof of our Santa Fe style home to have wear and tear roof repairs and coating. A complete evaluation was conducted quickly with pictures to verify recommendations for resurfacing and water proofing needed in damaged areas. Overall the work estimate was reasonable and fair, and services completed on schedule. Best of all the roof looks great and we have the peace of mind that the 4-yr warranty against leaks will likely not be needed. Red Arrow Roofing will be our family's go-to in the future and recommended to friends and neighbors.

I will begin by saying that Scott was prompt, responsive and communicative. He started the project of under-layment replacement by spending a week looking for matched replacement tiles for those which were damaged. Red Arrow Roofing replaced my roof and repaired the patio roof, interior wall and ceiling caused by excessive rain damage. Scott did a thorough review of the damage, provided a detailed listing of what needed to be done and gave fair and reasonable pricing estimates. But what really won the bid award was his honesty, integrity and good working principles. Red Arrow’s work was extraordinary, and their performance was outstanding from beginning to end. Scott oversaw every step of the project and demanded excellence in all the workmanship from roof replacement, drywall repairs, painting to cleanup. His entire team was amazing. They were experts in their field, professional, on time (every time) and were a pleasure to work with. Red Arrow gets 5 stars and an A+.

Red Arrow Roofing just completed our tile roof underlayment replacement last week. Scott (owner) is fantastic to work with. He kept us informed throughout the whole process, and even while in the wait queue - keeping us updated on estimated start date. (This has been a busy monsoon season for roofers!!). We had some roof damage due to the monsoons. I called Scott, he came out the next day to give us an estimate. Recognized the urgency to get this job done and scheduled to get it fixed in a timely manner. Other companies said they were booked for weeks out. We got lucky, price was reasonable, work was exactly what we needed. The team did a great job. He took our calls/ texts and was professional. I love these guys. I placed a request through home advisor and Scott called me the same day. His demeanor and non pressure approach allowed me to feel quite at ease with him.
Scott and his son Dalon arrived, quoted me an excellent price, and explained what the job would entail.
Scott kept me posted on job progression and sent me pictures of before and after. I didn’t realize how bad my roof really was. Let’s face it no one wants to spend money on roof repair so finding these guys who do a great job at a fair price made it less painful.

I requested an estimate from Red Arrow when I saw them working at a neighbor's home. They worked neatly and efficiently. When that job was complete, they came over and I showed them where some tiles had fell from the roof. One of the workers went up on the roof and did a quick inspection, took some pictures, and sent me a detailed estimate including the pictures of the repairs needed. Red Arrow gave me time to think on the estimate with no pressure, answered my questions and we scheduled the job. The job was done on time, even though one repair was more involved was more involved than originally expected. I am so pleased with the company, quality, and workmanship. Great job guys and thank you!

Of the three estimates to reseal our flattop roof, this was the only one to point out that my prior use of Henry’s silicon based sealant around vent hoods would prevent APOC elastomeric sealer from adhering. They removed all the silicon and resealed around the vents prior to sealing the roof. Areas of water swale were raised with patch work for sealing as well. This also was in contrast to the two others who evaluated the roof and said nothing about standing water or related that if it was more than 3/4 of an inch they would not worry about it.

Red Arrow Roofing and its owner Scott were excellent in every way. He and his crew were always punctual (something really important to me) and did the work promptly and consistent with the estimate.
